Why Choose therapy?

As humans we require connection and communication to thrive. We need other humans to support us to understand ourselves. Choosing therapy is a way of building a relationship with another human to help us process and manage difficulties that are hindering us from being our best selves.

How do I work?

Each of us comes with our own set of experiences of life, family history and relationships. Understanding each person and what makes them who they are is a key foundation to how I work.

Talking therapy focuses on looking at life experiences, such as life events, attachment to our carers and relationships with family and friends. Our environment and relationship experiences - past and present - are powerful contributors to who we are and how we think, respond and behave. Understanding and accepting ourselves is key to acceptance and change.

I am a flexible and creative practitioner with an easy-going style and know the importance of making sure each client gets the best out of the sessions.

If you would like to get in touch, I offer free introductory phone calls (15 mins) to discuss the difficulties you are facing and for any questions.

Each client/ couple or family session will begin with an Initial assessment session to gain therapeutic understanding of the difficulties and the work ahead
